Had no energy today to write anything else. Thankful to my mom for helping me compare all the plans and choose one that will hopefully work out!
Ugh ! I’m impressed you managed to find sparks of creativity within the health care madness. I just found out that apparently there are different lenses available to replace my lens during cataract surgery. Of course insurance only covers the cheapest one. Now I have to research the differences to figure out what to do. Who wants to choose “cheap” when dealing with their eyes!?! It’s yet another example of the inequities and insanities embedded within our current system.
That is so annoying!!! My mom dealt with the insanities of the system when she got her hearing aids — NO insurance covers them! Definitely don’t choose cheap for your eyes. They’re your eyes!!
